Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once your orders are placed unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect (does not include stains). 

If your order is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us through our email at hello@shahnazandco.com with a video and picture within 7 days of delivery. A response will be given within 1-3 working days.
