Shipping policy

If you are located in Singapore, your order will be dispatched on the following working day.

Courier delivery for Instock items generally takes 1-3 days. Please note that specific delivery durations may vary based on courier procedures.

If you choose Self-Collection, kindly inform us of your collection after we fulfill your order. Please avoid arriving without prior notice. Your cooperation ensures a smoother collection process.

Once your order is dispatched, any delivery issues or lost packages are beyond our responsibility. For a more secure delivery experience, we recommend choosing our Courier delivery option.

For customers located outside of SG, delivery for Instock items generally takes 1-4 weeks. However, please be aware that the actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

If your package experiences a delay, you can use the tracking number provided and contact the respective courier service for further information.

NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT ON SUNDAY.

If you place your order Saturday after 12PM (SG time), your parcel will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are NOT responsible for ANY charges. 

In order to receive your package you must pay the custom charges. If you refuse, the parcel will be returned to us and you will not be refunded for your order.
